Welcome to Girl Court. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Girl Court. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What Girl Court is

Girl Court is an entertainment and lifestyle app that analyzes conversations you submit and provides opinions, scores, and commentary generated by artificial intelligence.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.
• Attempt to identify, locate, dox, or harass any individual.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of the app.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content to public areas of the app, you grant us a license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the app, including anonymization and moderation. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

Subscriptions and payments

Girl Court offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Girl Court Plus"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or commentary is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on its content.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
