- Content you submit: Conversations, screenshots, and text you paste into the app for analysis, and any posts or comments you choose to share in community features.
- Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app, such as features used, actions taken, and your activity streak.
- Device and technical data: Basic device information and identifiers needed to operate the app and process subscriptions.
How we use your information
- To provide the core service: analyzing the conversations you submit and generating verdicts, scores, and insights.
- To operate community features, including the anonymization and moderation of any content shared publicly.
- To manage your account, subscription, and access to premium features.
- To maintain, improve, and secure the app.
- To comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
Girl Court uses third-party artificial intelligence services to analyze the content you submit and to power in-app chat features. Content you submit for analysis is sent to these providers solely to generate your results.
Content shared in community features
If you choose to post content to public areas of the app (such as the feed or courtroom), that content is automatically processed to remove names and identifying details before it is published, and is screened by automated moderation. Please do not rely solely on this process: avoid submitting information that could identify you or others. You can report content, and content that receives multiple reports is automatically hidden.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the app (for example, cloud hosting, AI processing, and subscription management), under agreements that protect your data.
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the app.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your data at any time from within the app (Settings), and we will remove your account information in accordance with applicable law.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us at girlcourtapp@outlook.com.
Children
Girl Court is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. By using the app, you consent to the transfer of your information to these locations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
